Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Rashid Nurgaliyev as First Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation by his decree, releasing him from his post. The corresponding decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Aleksey Shevtsov was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Security Council by another decree.
