This was decreed by President Guillermo Lasso, after a request from the National Electoral Council (CNE) for the intense task that the members of the boards receiving the vote will have (JRV) on Sunday 5, for the sectional elections, the Council for Citizen Participation and Social Control (CPCCS) and the 2023 referendum.
