An accident between a patrol car and a motorcycle taxi caused four people injuries in Muisne, in the south of the province of Esmeraldas. Among the injured are minors.

The incident was recorded in the El Relleno sector at 07:00 on Thursday 26.
According to Eddy Reina, Muisne’s political chief, the police officers, one of them dressed in civilian clothes, allegedly had been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.

It was reported that the two uniformed men were detained by the people who witnessed the event.
