A bullet attack took place tonight in the streets 3er callejón Sedalana (Claro J. Blacio Potes) and Guerrero Martínez, in the area of Cristo del Consuelo, south of Guayaquil.
According to witnesses, after 8:30 p.m., individuals arrived in the area and shot at people who were on a corner. Residents were alarmed by the detonation of about twenty shots.
Product of the crossing of bullets, several men were hit by the projectiles. One of them died on the spot. Minutes before the arrival of the uniformed officers, the residents tried to help this person, but they barely verified that he no longer had vital signs.
It was unofficially known that at least three other people were also affected and, emergently, they were referred to a health home. For now, officially, his state of health is unknown.
