For example, the expert explained, someone eats croissants with coffee for breakfast, and it seems to you that such a person should definitely get fat. But such a meal can have about 400 calories, which can easily fit into the daily norm. And you yourself eat something like a healthy breakfast: avocado, salmon and chia – but the calorie content of such a breakfast can actually reach 700-800 kcal.

Another reason why a person can eat anything and not gain weight is a large percentage of muscles in the body and physical activity. In addition, people with excellent genetics, tall stature, and good health can have a good figure. It is also important to consider the age factor.

However, as Komissarova emphasizes, although a certain tendency to be overweight can be inherited, it is still not a determining parameter.

Finally, people with healthy eating behavior can eat anything and not get fat. The fact is that for normal weight it is not important what you eat, but in what quantities. If a person eats when he wants, does not force himself to eat “the right food”, does not think around the clock about food and portions, then one day he will eat more at will, the next less. This is how balance is achieved.
