The identification of those who would have participated in the murder of the businessman Javier Rosero, on Friday, January 13, was possible, in part, due to the images captured by the cameras of the Corporation for Citizen Security of Guayaquil (CSCG).

In this group, he said, there are 24,000 devices with panic buttons that will be installed on buses, school expressways, and taxis.

The Minister of the Interior, Juan Zapata, has indicated that the alleged hitmen detailed who arranged Rosero’s crime. That person would be part of his close circle.

Javier Rosero was the current president of the Los Ceibos citadel committee, constituted with the purpose of seeking material and community improvement. He was assassinated in a commercial area of ​​the citadel, on First Avenue.

On the morning of Saturday the 14th, the Police and the Prosecutor’s Office announced the apprehension of seven suspects in this crime. On his Twitter account, President Guillermo Lasso showed the faces of those allegedly involved.

And already at dawn on Sunday a judge ordered preventive detention against the seven apprehended.

The gunman, identified as Víctor Darwin S., had a valid arrest warrant for the crime of murder.

The others are Jorge Enrique AC would be the custodian of the vehicle; Luis Fernando PC, the intermediary to rent the car; Édison Mauricio QB would have rented the car; Andy Josué LQ would be the driver of the vehicle; Robert Johel JS would have driven the motorcycle from which he shot himself at the victim; and Roberth Alexander AN would be the coordinator of the logistics of the crime.
