In Primorye, the case of the ex-head of the Shkotovsky municipal district of Primorye Viktor Mikhailov came to court. He is accused of exceeding official powers when registering a land plot on the shore of the Ussuriysky Bay and negligence, the regional prosecutor’s office reports.
According to the materials of the case, Mikhailov distributed to himself a land plot with an area of more than 4 thousand square meters from the lands of specially protected territories and objects in the village of Podyapolsk, Shkotovsky district, including more than 350 square meters. m of the coastline of the Ussuri Bay of the Sea of Japan, the privatization of which is prohibited by law. The municipality suffered damage in the amount of more than 100 thousand rubles.
In addition, the former head of the district is also accused of illegally granting ownership to a legal entity of a land plot worth more than 2.5 million rubles and an area of more than 130 hectares from the category of agricultural land at a buyout price of about 380 thousand rubles . At the same time, the organization was unable to register it as a property due to violations committed by the legal entity in the field of land use for the lease of a land plot.
