A post on Facebook for Women’s Day with the purpose of congratulating her ended up being the beginning of the planning of the new product of the company Inliposa, which manufactures Caña 1966 Rose.
This is the new brandy of 21°, with a pink tone and that does not contain flavorings that is already on the market since this Monday, October 24. The alcoholic beverage is distributed by Dimancia, the company that carries out the traditional brand of caña manabita.
Wilmington Ramírez, general manager of Dimancia, mentions that this Monday they sold 600 boxes of Caña 1966 Rose. There are six bottles in each box.
The cassava starch cookies that father and son sold on the streets and in neighborhood stores today reach the United States and are even sold on Amazon
This demand continues and “so far everything indicates that the launch of the product has been a success,” says Ramírez, who chaired the event last Saturday in Portoviejo, in the province of Manabí.
The brandy designed for women It is sold in supermarkets, liquor stores, stores in Portoviejo, Guayaquil and Quito.
The idea for the new product was born from a publication on Facebook for Women’s Day with the purpose of congratulating her on the social networks of the Caña Manabita brand.
“For Women’s Day (March 8, 2022) we made a post on our social networks. It was a normal bottle with a pink color to evoke the theme of women, but it was only one publication, and it all started from there. The reception of this post was so great that they began to write to us, call us, asking if the product was ready, where they could buy it; It was crazy. So, with all this reception, the request from people, we thought of a product specially designed for women”, remembers Ramírez.
Now there will be pink manabita cane in Ecuador
The Portovejense company has been in the market for several years and has several products, such as a 26° Dry Liquor, 28° Special Reserve, 36° Black Belt, 44° Manabita Cane and 44° Frontera.
Most of its production is sold in Esmeraldas, between 30% and 35% with its Frontera product, and the rest in the other provinces.
In addition, the company already exports spirits. He has sent Faja Negra to Italy and the same drink to the United States, added to Caña Manabita. These shipments usually vary, for example, about 300 boxes. (YO)
