Two hit men aboard a motorcycle intercepted a Chinese citizen on Pichincha and Sucre streets, in downtown Guayaquil, and gave him at least three bullet wounds, for which he died a few minutes later.
The event occurred at 11:00 p.m. yesterday and surprised those who were still traveling in that downtown area, one block from the Municipality.

Witnesses indicated that they noticed two men on a motorcycle who, from one moment to the next, approached the foreigner as he was getting ready to board a white car that was parked outside a hotel.

Witnesses heard seven shots, whose projectiles hit the Asian citizen, approximately 50 years old.
Dinased and Criminalistics police officers began investigations to confirm whether it was an assault or a selective death.
