The human development bonus is one of the benefits granted by the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion (MIES) to people who meet the requirements.

How to check if you are a beneficiary of the human development bond

1. Enter the MIES bond inquiry form.
2. Enter the ID number of the user.
3. Enter the security code that appears on the screen.
4. Check if you are a beneficiary.

If you are a beneficiary of the human development bonus, your personal and contact information will appear on the portal. If you do not have access to the voucher, you will get a message saying that “the beneficiary does not exist”.

Another way to check if you can receive financial assistance is to call the number 180 002002.

If you do not appear as a beneficiary of the voucher, you can register in the Social Registry and request a visit to verify that you need the voucher.

Steps to register in the Social Registry:

• Fill out the MIES form.
• Select the Social Benefits (Bonus) option.
• Enter your unique national electronic code (CUEN) that appears on the electricity bill.
