A foreigner who arrived in the Las Malvinas sector on a motorcycle was injured with a knife at noon on Thursday, November 4. The man was identified as Shi C., 44, of Chinese nationality, who was stabbed twice in the chest by several men who fled the scene.
According to the first reports, the victim was transferred to a nearby maternity hospital by residents of the area. There he was not treated, and an ambulance was called that took him to the Guayaquil hospital, where he is recovering.
It is known that the Asian has a business in the area and they have been following him in a vehicle, revealed Colonel Francisco Zumárraga, head of the Esteros district.
