In Yaroslavl, parents of large families were convicted of sexual abuse of a minor child. This was reported in the press service of the regional SU SK.
The court found that in March 2021, the stepfather, a citizen of a foreign state, while intoxicated and in the presence of the girl’s mother, committed sexual acts against his stepdaughter. He also hit the child several times, inflicting serious injuries on her.
The man also reportedly sexually assaulted a minor at least five times and raped a child at least three times. From March 2021 to December 2021, the man and the girl’s mother, having agreed, committed sexual acts against her at least seven times.
The man was found guilty under two articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: Art. 131 and Art. 132.
Together with his wife, they were found guilty of committing other acts of a sexual nature committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy.
The man was sentenced to 16 years in prison, the girl’s mother to eight years. As specified, in total, five children were brought up in the family.
