Andrés Cedeño was shot several times this Wednesday morning while walking down a street in the San Alejo citadel, in the west of the capital of Manabita.
The attack against Cedeño, known in the sector as Amado, took place around noon, and residents of the place indicated that two people who were moving on a motorcycle would be the cause of the attack in which this person died.
