In the mArs art space (3, Champ de Mars), from Tuesday, December 20, the Winter Days exposition is open to everyone. The exhibition is part of the New Wanderers project and will be available until January 8.
According to the tradition already established in the mArs art space, the last exhibition of the year is not just a personal exhibition of one artist, but also an event that brings together many significant St. Petersburg authors and gives the viewer a sense of joy from the approaching holidays. The dominant motif of the exhibition was the winter landscape, including the urban one. Visitors to the art space can mentally wander both through the snow-covered expanses of forests and through the narrow streets of St. Petersburg, already covered by the pre-New Year hype, look into the windows in which Christmas candles flicker and, of course, admire the Christmas tree under which sits a bunny – a symbol of the new, 2023 th year.

The collective exhibition gives the opportunity to see many points of view on art, to discover new names and artistic techniques. The exposition contains both graphics and oil and acrylic paintings, and even textiles! The sizes of the works also vary – from small, chamber landscapes to large-scale painted screens. The time frames of the presented works are also wide: many artists provided works that have already been tested by time, and some works were created specifically for the art space.

The exhibition was attended by: Andrey Selenin, Anatoly Alekseev, Tatyana Vlasova, Aron Zinstein, Gafur Mendagaliev, Irina Dudina, Alexander Gushchin, Nikolai Gavrilenko, Elena Shchelchkova, Elena Bocharova, Alexander Kondratiev, Vera Fedorova and Svetlana Zelenaya.
Entrance to the exposition is free.
