Although excessive hair is a fairly common problem among women, it is still described as extremely embarrassing. Many women forget that a delicate mustache above the lips or a nap on the chin is something completely natural that we all have. However, as the hair grows thicker and also takes on a darker color, it can initiate a decline in self-confidence. It turns out that there are ways that will help you fight this problem without leaving your home!
Excessive hair bothering you? Reach for baking soda!
The use of baking soda is not only a very easy way to fight hair, but also extremely cheap. You can find it in stores for only PLN 1.39! Among its properties, we can mention, among others, those that weaken hair growth. After using a mixture of baking soda and water on a regular basis, your hair will not only start to grow weaker, but will fall out on its own after some time. All you will need is:
- 250 million hot water
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- cosmetic swabs
In boiled and previously cooled water, dissolve a teaspoon of baking soda. Then dip a cotton ball in the prepared mixture and gently wash the hairy areas of your face with it. 30 minutes after applying the solution, rinse it with warm water and moisturize your face with the cream of your choice.
How quickly you can enjoy the desired effects depends to a large extent on the condition of your hair. Weak, thin and light hair is the easiest to remove, but owners of denser, thicker and darker hair will have to wait a little longer for the results. The entire process should be repeated for 3-5 days every day. After this time, the hair should start to grow much weaker or fall out completely. What’s more, for a beauty salon treatment that brings similar effects to baking soda epilation, clients would have to pay over PLN 200.
Epilation with baking soda. This should be remembered!
Before you decide to perform a home treatment with baking soda, remember that each skin may react differently to the product. Although its use is beneficial in the fight against excessive facial hair, it happens that in some cases it can cause irritation. So, before you decide to apply any baking soda mixture to your face, do a test on your wrist or other small area of your body.
