The wedding season has barely started, and from every friend who has been invited to more than one or two weddings, I hear the lamentation that it will be necessary to spend so much money again. And attention, it’s not about envelopes, but … a dress! And I am asking why this stupid belief that you need to buy a new dress for every wedding?

I do not understand it at all … Women buy a different dress for every occasion, and sometimes there is a lot of it, they look for the cheapest options. Effect? They have half a closet of tacky polyester. And the truth is, they spend more money on it than on one or two decent, timeless dresses. Many women think that it is not appropriate to go to several weddings in the same outfit. Or what? Because someone will think something about us? Nonsense! It is much better to have one dress in the wardrobe, e.g. with 100 percent. silk and play it with accessories in various ways. In this way, you can create several different, truly delightful outfits for weddings, communions and even everyday wear. One quality piece of clothing lasts much longer than the wardrobe polyester.

I have long been guided by the principle that it’s better to invest in one high-quality item, instead of throwing your money away. Because that’s what buying a new dress for every occasion is. And from my experience I will say that I have two silk dresses in my wardrobe (one black and the other beige) I have already been to them at several weddings, hen parties, communions and I also wear them every day, where the same friends often visited and nobody he never commented that I often wear the same dresses. On the contrary, I always get compliments. I play outfits in various ways with shoes, handbags, hats and jewelry. That way, I’m not at all worried that I have four weddings this year and that I have to spend money again on dresses to wear once.
