The Italian economist Jacopo Villatico, a specialist in real estate development projects, is in Lima exploring opportunities for sustainable investments promoting the vision of smart cities and improving lives through art and culture with an inclusive approach.
Mr. Villatico is co-founder of Casco Development & Partners, one of the most important real estate firms in Panama, which has been revaluing historic spaces in the Old Town of Panama City for almost two decades, with investments of more than US$ 100 million. and more than 70 thousand m2 in projects delivered and under development. As such, the work of Mr. Villatico and his partner Alessandro Pighini have been featured in media such as Forbes, Bloomberg, Capital Financiero and others.
During this visit, Mr. Villatico holds meetings in Lima and Callao with various officials, authorities and local entrepreneurs to share experiences seeking to contribute to the integral, balanced and autonomous development promoted by the Andean Community, with a Latin American projection regarding the vision of development of sustainable investments, the circular economy and innovation.
