More about the current situation in Ukraine on the home page
Since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, hackers from almost all over the world have engaged in fighting the invader, uniting their forces against Russian propaganda. Hackers from the popular group Anonymous have attacked a number of Russian websites, including side of the Russia Today propaganda television, and recently stated that they were responsible for interrupting the broadcast of the speech by Russian President Vadimir Putin, who spoke on the anniversary of the annexation of Crimea. In turn, the Ukrainian journalist Viktor Kowalenko has now informed about another hacker action supporting Ukraine.
Another hacker action supporting Ukraine
Kovalenko posted on Twitter a photo of a receipt from one of the restaurants in the Russian city of Belgorod. The photo shows that in the place where the names of the ordered dishes should appear, the slogan: “Stop the war! Save your children!” On the other hand, in the place where the summary of the bill is usually found, there is the slogan: “Blood money”.
This is another attempt to break through Russian propaganda to make Russians aware of the ongoing war in Ukraine. With the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, an information war began. Russian media isolate Russians from real news, calling the war in Ukraine a “special military operation” and calling President Zelensky a dangerous neo-Nazi.
