“Ghostbusters: Dziedzictwo” is now available on VOD platforms in Poland

Dan Aykroyd, who wrote the script for the first part of The Busters and played one of the main characters, could not have foreseen that his comedy would capture the mass imagination of fans around the world. While reading about quantum physics and parapsychology, he made up a ghostbusters story for himself and John Belushi, with whom he played “Blues Brother”. Belushi passed away before filming began, and the role he wrote for him was played by Bill Murray. In the original Ghostbusters, three eccentric parapsychologists, Venkman (Bill Murray), Stantz (Dan Aykroyd), and Spengler (Harold Ramis), provided unusual services to chase away the ghosts that harassed New Yorkers.

Ghostbusters: Legacy – new and famous stars

“Ghostbusters: Legacy” is the next chapter in the world-famous universe. The film tells the story of a single mother and her two children. The family moves to a quiet town where they discover a mysterious connection to the original ghostbusters and a secret inheritance left by their grandfather. It will soon turn out that the younger generation will have to fight the malicious ghosts that will appear in the town.

To date, Ghostbusters: Legacy grossed nearly $ 200 million worldwide. Jason Reitman, who appeared as a child in 1989’s “Ghostbusters II”, was responsible for directing. Starring: Carrie Coon (“Fargo”) and Paul Rudd (“Ant-Man”) and the stars of a new generation: Finn Wolfhard (“Stranger things”) and Mckenna Grace (“Captain Marvel”). The film also features actors from the original parts of the Slayers from the 1980s: Dan Aykroyd, Sigourney Weaver and Bill Murray.
