Team Go_A from Ukraine: A broken viburnum bush is a sign of tragedy and sadness

Go_A was preparing for the premiere of the next song for a long time. This moment came in the face of a tragic trial for their nation. The text of the song “Kalyna” refers to an important symbol of Ukrainian culture. – The viburnum flower has been present in our culture for centuries, and its symbolism travels from generation to generation through music and legends. A broken viburnum bush is a sign of tragedy and sadness, and destroying the plant is considered a particularly shameful act, explain the members of the group.

– There is a belief that viburnum grows only when it is nurtured by good people, and its fruits have the ability to bring immortality and human unity in the face of the fight against evil. Our song “Kalyna” is a message to the world and an appeal to unite in defense against the inevitable extermination of humanity.

The song was released on March 18 and is available on all streaming services. The premiere is accompanied by a simple visualiser with subtitles allowing the lyrics to be read in multiple languages.
