The aim of the documentary, directed by Barbara Włodarczyk, is to explain The reasons for the popularity of Volodymyr Zelensky and present the way in which the Ukrainian politician uses his enormous social mandate. In 2015, Volodymyr Zelensky became the star of a satirical television series, in which he played a history teacher who took over as president of Ukraine. Two years later, his partners applied to register a political party with the same name as the title of the series. In 2018, Zelensky began to be included in presidential polls, noting growing support. On December 31, 2018, he officially announced his participation in the presidential elections and, after a successful election campaign, he took office as President of Ukraine.
