Olga Tokarczuk was nominated for the British Booker Prize for the third time. This time for “Jacob’s books”

has been nominated for the International Booker three times. In 2018, she won the award for “Biegunów” translated by Jennifer Croft, and in 2019 she was in the final – for the novel “Drive your plow through the bones of the dead” translated by Antonia Lloyd-Jones.

The International Booker Prize is an international literary award established in Great Britain. The prize is awarded to the author of the book translated into English. 50,000 distinctions are shared equally between the author and the translator of the winning novel. announces that the list of six finalists will be announced April 7, and the winners of the award will be announced on May 26, 2022.
