A detail with which the tonadillera religiously fulfills each year, on each birthday and on each anniversary of the death of the bullfighter, who died that fateful afternoon at the end of September 1984 in Pozoblanco. On this last occasion, Isabel Pantoja has wanted to bring positions closer with her ‘little soul’, Kiko Rivera, the only son that was born as a result of her marriage with the right-hander.
Kiki Rivera also remembered him this morning who dedicated an emotional publication to his father on social networks, as is customary every year, and with which he has received thousands of supports. But he has not been the only one.
After removing his name from the dedication that accompanied the flower arrangements, -something that, on the other hand, did not sit well with his son- Pantoja has decided to include Kiko in his message again. “Your wife and son” can be read on the band that rests on the flowers of Paquirri’s tomb.
“Congratulations, dad. Today mom is wrong about me again and for the first time in the congratulations of all the years she ordered my name to be removed… As I knew because I know how mean and creepy she is, everything was already prepared for it, ”was the blunt response of the DJ, who sent another wreath to his father’s grave on his own.
“Dad today you would be 74 years old, I don’t have many photos with you, they can be counted on the fingers of my hands but I do have some. I miss you so much Dad even though he never got to know you. Wherever you are today we will blow out the candle together because I feel you here with me. I love you dad ❤️ ”, wrote Kiko Rivera in a sign of the affection that she continues to have for her father.
The publication has awakened more than 5,000 people who have given him their support in a few hours with very varied messages, although all of them showed the love they have for the DJ. Among all the congratulations to the bullfighter, there was no lack of messages of encouragement to Kiko and those who shared that they also think of those who are not:
“Thank you for the nice messages,” writes Kiko.
This gesture by Pantoja shows that, although the relationship between her and her son is broken, the artist has wanted to draw his attention in this unique way in which she once again shows that she wants to establish a bond to fix this situation.
The conflict between the two was due to the inheritance left by their bullfighter father and that keeps them in a legal dispute.
In September 2021 there was a rapprochement that seemed to be the beginning of a new stage between them, but reconciliation has not yet occurred. However, now the artist has had this important gesture with her firstborn.
