Aluminum foil is an item that almost all of us have. However, few people realize that aluminum foil can be used in many different ways. It has many uses, not only in the kitchen. It allows, for example, in a quick way. You can also wrap it around your feet or hands. And while this activity may seem absurd to some, it may be very useful to some. So it’s worth trying it out.

Aluminum foil, colloquially called “silver” by many people, has been designed in such a way as to retain or transmit heat. The shiny side of the aluminum foil insulates heat, while the matte side of the aluminum foil lets it through. You can also use these properties on your own.

Many people complain of cold feet or hands during the colder months, and often even throughout the year. They usually reach for thicker socks, blankets or hot water bottles. It turns out, however, that aluminum foil will also come in handy in such a situation. If you want to quickly warm your feet or hands, you should smear them with cream, and then wrap them in foil, necessarily with the shiny side inward. Thanks to this, it will retain heat inside and protect against the cold outside. This will allow us not only to instantly warm up frozen feet or hands, but also make the cream absorbed deeply, intensely moisturizing them.
