Olena Zelenska and Volodymyr Zelenskiy were born in the same city – Kryvyi Rih. The couple even attended the same high school, but then the circumstances did not allow them to get to know each other. Later, they studied at two different universities, but it was during their student days that they met for the first time. Although Volodymyr Zelensky studied law at the Kryvyi Rih Economics Institute, he did not become a lawyer. Olena Zelenska, on the other hand, studied architecture at the Technical University, but also did not follow this direction. They met at work at the “Studio Kwartał 95” cabaret. Olena Załenska is still active in social media despite the current situation in Ukraine. On her account, she published a photo of who was born in one of the bunkers where civilians are hiding. In a moving post, she wrote that despite the ongoing war, it was possible to bring the pregnancy to a happy solution thanks to the doctors and caring people who were then next to the mother.
Later in the post, she emphasized that her countrymen are amazing and in two days they became a real army.
We are the army, the army is us. And the children born during the bombings will live in a free country that was ravaging.
