In October 2021, the band presented the first and title track “The Tipping Point” about the suffering after the loss of a loved one who passed away after a long illness. The second single was “No Small Thing”, the video for which shows the conflict between individual freedoms and collective responsibility.
Tears for Fears are back with a new album
The last number promoting the album, “Break The Man”, is about the power of women, the fall of patriarchy and the need for male-female balance in the world. The accompanying music video was inspired by the lyrics of the song. The clip shows the patriarchal reality; a place of endless hierarchies, built on blind sacrifice and insecure structures. From the inside, this world seems endless, but from the outside it is merely a toy in the hand of our Mother Earth.
