What if “Titanic” was telling a story about Jack and the black cat? Just this:

The trailer is the work of the creators of the OwlKitty channel, on which they have repeatedly proved that you can make a phenomenal trailer by replacing one of the characters with this animal. If you check out YouTube, you’ll find trailers such as “Kevin Home Alone with a Cat”, “Godzilla vs. Cat” or “Jurassic Park with a Cat”. They also show, among others on Tik ongoing as they prepare their materials.

Today we’re celebrating Cat’s Day, and who is OwlKitty, the star of the new “Titanic”?

OwlKitty, or actually Lizzy, is a two-year-old cat who lives with her handler in Portland, Oregon. As you can read on YouTube, in her free time she loves to play with the laser pointer, with her adoptive mother, 10-year-old Tabby, and to taste the cream cheese.

“Titanic” is James Cameron’s 1997 film, which won 11 Oscars. As the first film in history, it broke the barrier of USD 1 billion in revenues (in total over USD 2.0 billion) – at this point it is the third highest-grossing film of all time. In the United States, “Titanic” was shown in cinemas for two hundred and eighty-one days (the longest in history) from December 19, 1997 to September 25, 1998, but it was successful all over the world. The song “My Heart Will Go On”, composed especially for the film and performed by Celine Dion, was an equally huge hit.

In the original version, in addition to DiCaprio and Winslet, there were, among others, Gloria Stuart, Billy Zane, Kathy Bates, and Bill Paxton.
