A few days ago, a woman ordered a taxi after meeting with friends using the Bolt application. She wanted the driver to take her from Świętokrzyska to Wola. As underlined in the post, typically this route takes around six minutes. However, that night the journey took an hour.
“When I woke up it turned out it wasn’t a dream”
Miss Noemi was very tired because of the two-day dance workshop. For this reason, she fell asleep in the car.
– I dreamed that a male voice was talking to me and touching my buttocks. When I woke up, it turned out that it was not a dream … The guy from the photo, the Bolt driver, took me to a parking lot, it was empty around, some single-family houses, a huge multi-storey parking lot like Park and Ride nearby – reports the woman.

When the woman woke up, she fell into a rage out of fear. As he reveals, the driver has exceeded the limits. – The guy was looking at me like some psycho, frustration was growing inside me, and he was just saying “AJM SORI”. I’m sorry the hell ?! And he thought what? I’ll go home and forget about it? I feel all the time this hand of his, I see his face as I close my eyes and hear his voice, I feel disgust at him, at Bolt and, worst of all, at myself – writes the woman.
“I can not stop thinking about it”
Eventually the driver drove Miss Naomi to her home. The woman reported the matter in the application. However, she did not receive any support at the time.
I reported the matter in the Bolt application – I received information about the refund of PLN 8.23. Seriously?! It’s not about the money, but do something about it in the end !!! I can’t stop thinking about it, I feel such inner anxiety and fear, I can’t fall asleep …

Our team responds to all reports sent in the application, blocks the driver on the Bolt platform so that he can no longer carry out journeys, and examines every situation. We work with the police on every case to ensure that those responsible suffer the consequences.
The safety of all users of our platform is the most important to us, which is why we have introduced the option of sharing the location in the application, which allows you to track the route to people selected by a passenger. In addition, Bolt requires its fleet partners, who employ drivers, to present a number of documents confirming whether the person can transport people. These documents include a certificate of clean criminal record, driver identification documents, a copy of the driver’s license and registration certificate.
