The time to prepare a dish was 20 minutes. The winner was Ernesto, who presented a simple dish, but with excellent flavors, with only one small observation, the excess of parsley.

Álberto and Matías continued in the challenge, but this time in the elimination one. They had to prepare recipes taken from the oldest book in the world, from the 5th century. “(The author) is one of the most important people of antiquity,” Sánchez said.

The two contestants had three options, pork with apple sauce, meatloaf, and chicken, to choose from. So Alberta randomly chose the first option, while Matías, the second, although they expected to select the recipe with chicken.

“They don’t have to do it literally and they have to give their personal touch,” Sánchez said before they began to prepare their dishes.

25 minutes was the time given to the contestants and the challenge was mainly for Matías, who did not have an oven to make the cake, but had to do it in a pan.

Alberta was the first to go to the lectern, she called her dish ‘old-fashioned pork’, which received positive reviews from Sánchez, who said that the apple flavor was good, but he had an observation about the pork.

“The appearance really isn’t that interesting… it looks rustic… I like the taste,” said the chef of Matías’s dish, who cooked a cake. (AND)
