Baldwin accidentally killed Halyna Hutchins, a 42-year-old married mother of two and cinematographer on her new movie on a ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Thursday at 1.50pm.

Baldwin was taken to the sheriff’s department for questioning. He was released without charge after giving an interview through tears.

In two tweets this Friday, Baldwin said: “There are no words to convey my shock and sadness over the tragic accident that claimed the life of Halyna Hutchins, our deeply admired wife, mother and colleague. I am fully cooperating with the police investigation to address how this tragedy occurred and I am in contact with her husband, offering my support to him and his family. “

“My heart is broken for her husband, her son and everyone who knew and loved Halyna.”

Hutchins was airlifted to hospital, but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
