“It’s going to come out”: Antonio Resines’ friends are optimistic after almost a month in the ICU

The state of health of Antonio Resines worries many of his colleagues, although everyone trusts the strength of the actor to overcome this trance. About a month after the veteran actor had to be admitted to the ICU, there are many friends who have sent a message of confidence that Resines will recover soon.

The last to join these optimistic messages has been the actress Ana Obregon Resines’ partner in ‘At eleven at home’. “Dear Anthony, I know you will overcome it, from here there are many of us who send you our strength and our love,” Obregón posted on his Instagram.

Antonio Resines was admitted to the Gregorio Marañón ICU in Madrid on December 22 due to complications derived from COVID-19. According to the family spokesperson to laSexta, his situation is nothing new.

Resines had just started filming the third installment of ‘Father there is only one’, by Santiago Segura. And it was precisely this one who was the first to ask for all the possible support for his friend and partner with a message on his Instagram.

Segura rated Resines of “one of the nicest, nicest, approachable, positive and generous people” that he has met “in this profession” and regretted that his situation forced him to spend New Year’s Eve in the hospital.

“His way of being permeates his characters and this makes people love him and appreciate him even without knowing him, because he transmits closeness and generates good vibes. Working with him is a pleasure. He is a great colleague with whom it is difficult to get bored” , added Segura, who was convinced that his friend will be able to overcome this problem.

And although he acknowledged that if Antonio Resines read his message he would laugh at him and think that he is “a bit of an asshole”, He wanted to ask whoever believes, to pray for him, and whoever likes the actor, to think of him in a positive way. “That you strongly wish that he recovers, and that you mentally send him a lot of energy and encouragement… in some way I feel that a wave of desires and energy will come to him that will become a healing force!” added Segura.
