The city’s museums combine face-to-face and virtual offerings during this week, with capacity and biosafety requirements.
The virtual mid-tours are the proposal of the Nahim Isaías Museum for this week. The public can register together with a group of friends, family or students to have access to this free activity, but with a reservation.
Remote visits are from Tuesday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., through the Zoom platform. The e-mail for reservations is contacto.maac@cultiraypatrimonio.gob.ec. One of the most recent exhibitions is that of the Argentine painter Ariel Dawi.
Firefighter Museum, face-to-face and virtual
The Ecuadorian Firefighter Museum is open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 17:00, in General Cornelio Escipión Vernaza and Malecón streets.
But for those who prefer the digital tour, they can visit the official site, where they will experience a 360 tour of the façade, high view, entrance, the water supply plants, the automobile park, the children’s room and the art gallery.
The site is interactive and in each area there are different surprises. The children’s area includes printable activities, color, cut and play at home.
