PLN 200 for a plate is past. This is what the communion costs in 2025. Sushi and ballroom included

The first holiday communion usually takes place in May, but it can also take place at the end of April or June. After the ceremony in the church, parents usually decide to give a party so that the child can celebrate this important day together with the rest. Unfortunately, the costs of organizing such an event are rising every year. Some decide to do it at home, but not everyone has such an opportunity. I belong to the latter group, so I was curious about what expenditure I have to prepare in the restaurant.

Price for a plate communion 2025. What attractions can you count on?

First, I looked at the Warsaw market, where I come from. My attention was caught by the offer prepared by the Pine Club. As part of the organization of the party, the restaurant provides a menu in the form of a common buffet, a table reservation in a selected room, and a playground for inflatants and sports games. Package prices for 2025 are as follows:

• PLN 279 per adult,
• children from 4 to 10 years 50 percent prices, i.e. PLN 139.50,
• children under 3 years of age.

In addition, 10 percent are added to the final account. What’s more interesting, for the most crowded dates, i.e. 10, 17 and 24 May, there is another price list:

• PLN 299 per adult,
• children from 4 to 10 years 50 percent prices, i.e. PLN 149.50,
• children under 3 years of age.

The second place that interested me is DoubleTree by Hilton Warsaw. The facility provides additional attractions for children, and more specifically animations at Kids Club and a hotel garden on weekends. They organize communion parties in two forms: as a brunch or a buffet in the exclusive room. For the first option, the price list looks as follows:

• PLN 390 per adult,
• children from 5 to 12 years 50 percent prices, i.e. PLN 195,
• children under 4 years of age.

The offer applies to reservations on May Saturdays and Sundays from 13-17. Guests are available, among others Sushi station and live station with ice and additives. And what does the price list look like if we choose the second option?

• Polish menu: PLN 216 per person,
• Mediterranean menu: PLN 238 per person,
• Fusion menu: PLN 346 per person,
• desserts: PLN 70 per person,
• Premium dessert menu: PLN 150 per person,
• Two -course menu for children: PLN 70 per person,
• Three -course menu for children: PLN 92 per person.

How much does communion cost from a person in the premises? You pay not only for a plate

I admit that Warsaw prices actually shocked me. Out of curiosity, I decided to verify how prices in other places look, e.g. several dozen kilometers from the capital. I looked at the Sobien Królewskie hotel. There are several packages to choose from:

• Sobody: PLN 259 gross per person, no fee for renting a room,
• palace: PLN 289 gross per person, PLN 1,500 for renting a room,
• Królewski: PLN 339 gross per person, PLN 2,500 for renting a room.

You can buy unlimited additions (wine, lemonade, prosecco, carbonated drinks) for PLN 30 per adult and PLN 20 per child. For comparison, I checked the Villa Skomanda offer in Augustów. The facility offers two rooms: a barn (up to 150 people) and a restaurant (up to 40 people). There is a children’s playground and a sweet buffet. It can be expanded and bought, e.g. shot desserts. What are the prices?

• PLN 270 per adult,
• PLN 160 for a child from 3 to 10 years old,
• PLN 60 for a child up to 3 years old.

Finally, I glanced at the 1891 Hotel Garni offer in Krakow. The menu consists of four dishes: starters, soup, main course and dessert. The price per person is PLN 199. You can buy accessories, e.g. a cold buffet (PLN 124 per person) or a sweet buffet (PLN 55 per person). What do you think about prices for a plate for communion 2025?
