What is not allowed on family activities? In this case, the mandate is the smallest problem

On family activities (ROD), specific rules are subject to. It is worth remembering about them to avoid penalties, such as, for example, the loss of the right to use the department. We remind you of some of the most important activities in our country.

One of the most important rules applies to garden infrastructure. It is forbidden to change it arbitrarily in family allotment gardens. Therefore, all works related to fences or other permanent constructions must comply with the regulations. What’s more, they most often require the consent of the ROD board. It is worth noting that non -compliance with these principles is one of the most common reasons for the lease for the right to use plots.

Do not enter the ROD plot by car

According to the regulations, you cannot enter the plots by car. The same rule applies to other motor vehicles (for example, motorbikes). However, there are some exceptions from this rule. Entering the ROD area by car is possible for people with disabilities. The next situation is transporting building materials or fertilizers. Then you should report to the administration for permission to temporarily enter the car.

Just entering the vehicle on the plot is not an offense in the light of the law. That the entry was associated with a potential mandate, Roads in the gardens should have the status of a traffic zone or residence zone. In addition, the event should be notified of the event. Ultimately, the officers decide whether the gardener will be burdened with instruction, mandate or other punishment. However, these are not the only consequences we have to reckon with in such situations. ROD administration, if the rules are commonly broken by someone, they can ultimately decide on termination of the contract.

Living on the plot and its rental is prohibited

It is often reminded that allotment gazebos are mainly used for recreational purposes. However, they cannot be transformed into residential facilities. “The allotive gazebo on the plot in the ROD is not a residential object; being in it cannot constitute grounds for official confirmation of temporary or permanent residence” – we learn from the ROD regulations. It is worth adding that facilities on allotments cannot be rented to other people. In addition, shops, workshops or any other forms of business cannot be run in them.

On the ROD plots, forget about the cultivation of these plants

On the plots, due to the generally applicable regulations, hemp and poppy cultivation is prohibited. In addition, it is also forbidden to grow invasive plants that may negatively affect the local fauna and flora. The group of such plants includes, among others: glandular gods and American three. Breaking the principles of cultivation may be associated with various consequences. Most often it is a call to remove plants. In extreme cases, however, the lease agreement may be terminated.
