This year’s Malta Festival 2025 will start on June 20 in Poznań and will last 8 days. One of the attractions of the event will be “Embodying Pasolini”, a spectacle prepared by actress Tilda Swinton and art historian Olivier Saillard. The art was caused in tribute to the famous Italian director, Pier Paol Pasolini.

The performance premiered in Rome in 2022 and since then it was staged in various places around the world, including Greece, Taiwan and France. The originator of the performance is Olivier Saillard, a French art historian recognized on the international arena. During “Embodying Pasolini” Tilda Swinton will appear on the stage in thirty different costumes and props of Danil Donati. Art can be seen from 20 to 23 June 2025. Further information about the attractions of the Malata Festival 2025 and invited guests will appear at the turn of March and April.

Tilda Swinton is a winner of the European Film Award, BAFTA Awards and Oscar winner for the best supporting actress in the movie “Michael Clayton”. In 2017, the actress was awarded “Saturn” for the best supporting actress in the film “Doctor Strange”.
