Probably the last time it is called, but we will say everything tomorrow ” – explained the journalist on the air. On the same day the format appeared without the top and logo.

As announced, Michał Rachoń announced a new program name in Tuesday’s edition. “We removed from this square, where the name of the ‘We are going’ program, because since yesterday the ‘we are going’ program is gone. This is another program” – explained Michał Rachoń on Tuesday morning.
The format will now be broadcast as “#Michał Rachoń”. We would like to remind you that in March last year Polish Television filed a lawsuit against Tomasz Sakiewicz’s station, demanding the abandonment of copyright violations of TVP to the “We are going” program and payment of compensation in this respect. Polish Television demanded PLN 1 million in compensation.
In January 2025, the District Court in Warsaw ruled that Telewizja Republika could not use the “#jedzmy”, “We are going” verbs and the verbal and graphic markings “#jedymy @Michalrachon”. The court also stated that the decision did not include the markings containing the name “Michał Rachoń”, both with and without it.
