“8 Things You Don’t Know About Guys.” Five years older, but not necessarily more mature, they go to action

After the success of the first part of the film – “7 Things You Don’t Know About Guys”, the following met on the set: Alicja Bachleda Curuś, Mikołaj Roznerski, Zbigniew Zamachowski, Maciej Zakościelny, Piotr Głowacki and Leszek Lichota. Karolina Bruchnicka, Katarzyna Skrzynecka and Joanna Jarmołowicz have joined the cast. The first part of the series, “7 Things You Don’t Know About Men”, was watched by 1.1 million viewers in the cinema, during the first television broadcast – 3.2 million. The production also reigned supreme in VOD services and streaming platforms in Poland.

“8 Things You Don’t Know About Guys” – continuation of the blockbuster movie

The film’s distributor announces: The power of friendship, moments of emotion and crazy adventures of heroes adored by viewers. How did their fate go? What came after the proverbial “they lived happily ever after”? In the next installment of the comedy about male “weaknesses”, Ricky fights a creative crisis, Jarosław with panic attacks, Filip goes crazy on the stock market, Stefan tries to control his anger, and Kordian tries to piece together a broken heart. Only Tomek, as the only one of his friends, continues to boldly make his dreams come true. And it ends up getting him into trouble. In addition to Basia and Zosia known from the previous part, a completely new heroine will also be drawn into the whirlwind of the guys’ madness – the mysterious Pestka.

The title of the film is not a straightforward title because it is not only about men, but also about their women. Generally about the position of a modern man in today’s world. About the fact that women surround us that they are strong, they show the way. But we – guys – are like that, once we are shown to us, we go like a locomotive, we just need this kind of teasing.

And Karolina Bruchnicka adds:

‘8 Things You Don’t Know About Men’ is a funny movie, but also touching at times. Everyone will filter it through themselves. It seems to me that the story is universal and the viewers who go to the cinema will get a spot that they will think about: ‘Oh, this is my life, I saw it, I lived it’.
