67 shows and 7 festivals complete Donostia Kultura’s performing arts programme for autumn
Basque language irakurri: 67 ikuskizunek eta 7 jaialdik osatuko dute Donostia Kulturaren udazkeneko arte eszenikoen egitaraua
24 concerts, 20 plays, 7 dance performances, a poetry session, 15 children’s shows and 7 festivals complete the performing arts programme that Donostia Culture has prepared for autumn.
The Councillor for Culture and Basque of the San Sebastian City Council, Jon Insaustithe programming technician of the Music unit, Esther Fernandino, the director of the Theatre and Dance unit, Norka Chiapuso, and the director of the Cultural Action unit, Jon Aizpurua, presented the programme this morning.
The tickets Tickets for all performances will go on sale from 11:30 a.m. on Monday, August 5, at the box offices of the Victoria Eugenia and Principal theaters, as well as on the Donostia Kultura website.
Between the shows Highlights include ’17 times, reloaded’, with which Faemino and Cansado return to the San Sebastian stages, and ‘La madre’ by Aitana Sánchez-Gijón.
In section musicThe autumn programme will feature performances by William Tyler, Ismael Serrano, Xabi San Sebastián, Mikel Azpiroz, Coque Malla, Yerai Corté, Ruper Ordorika, Doctor Deseo, Belako and Anari.
The monologue ‘Ninini’ by Antton Telleria will kick off the programme on 5 October at the Lugaritz Cultural Centre, and from then on, you will be able to enjoy a wide variety of performances in different corners of the city.
As has been usual in recent years, the autumn programme will cover the festivals Donostikluba Festibala, Metal Norte Festibala, Kutixik Jaialdia, Zombie Jaialdia, Revolution JamRock Festival, Iturritik Dantza Jaialdia and the Fantasy and Horror Film Week.
