TVN will not show “Millionaires” in September. Instead – a new program
From the end of August, for four days a week, during the hours that were previously occupied by the “Millionaires” program, TVN viewers will be able to watch a new show, described as a “documentary soap opera”. It will focus on the stories of singles looking for love and will show the stories of people who run and visit hotels in the “B&B” formula – “bed and breakfast”. The title of the new program also refers to B&B: “B&B Love”. TVN promises that this is not another dating program, but the essence of real life. The show is to show whether the people running the B&B will establish relationships with the singles visiting them, thanks to which both parties will find “true love”. In the program, viewers will see the stories of people working in this way in different corners of the world. The description of the program indicates that we will be dealing with an international version of “The Farmer Wants a Wife”, but in the TVN format.
For viewers of “Millionaires” this is sad news because “B&B Love” will replace the traditional broadcasting slot of the game show. Hubert Urbański’s program will return with a new season to TVN only after the end of the new format. According to information from Press.pl, “B&B Love” is to consist of up to 40 episodes, which gives a minimum of ten weeks of broadcast. “Millionaires” would return to its permanent slot at the earliest only at the end of October or beginning of November.
Meanwhile, the biggest fans of “Millionaires” remain the recently created TVN Milionerzy Online channel on the Player platform. It broadcasts reruns of the game show from recent years.
