Not every plot can be leased. In the case of photovoltaics, the area must be at least 1 ha and the width at least 50 m. Access to a public road and adequate sunlight are also necessary. In the case of a wind farm, the key factor is primarily the distance from residential buildings and protected areas.

This is at least 700 m from buildings. The distance from power lines, water reservoirs and roads, including national and county roads, is also important. Here, the area may be smaller, at least half a hectare, but usually does not exceed 1 ha. Importantly, the remaining area can still be used for agricultural purposes, but building a farm takes up to 5 to 7 years. Only after full launch will the owner of the land receive the full rent for the lease. If you’d like, please vote in our poll below.
