Then prepare a homemade cleaning paste, which acts like bleach and will cope with yellow stains perfectly. You will need:
- 3 packets of baking powder,
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice.
Combine these products and rub them into the frames with a cloth. No scrubbing required. After two minutes, there will be no trace of the discoloration. Finally, wash the frames with water and a few drops of dishwashing liquid.

Cleaning window frames with baking soda. The perfect way to keep your windows shiny and white
If the yellowing on the frames is not intense, a three-product cleaning fluid will work very well. I am talking about lemon, baking soda and vinegar. Baking soda (like baking powder) is famous for its whitening properties. Prepare:
- 1.5 cups of water,
- 1/3 cup of vinegar,
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
- A teaspoon of dishwashing liquid.
