Keep an eye on your circadian rhythm and fall asleep at this time. According to scientists, this is the best time for the body

Healthy sleep is an extremely important part of our lives. It has a huge impact on mood, productivity during the day and the health of each person. What time should you go to bed? Theoretically, it is an individual matter, but scientists have discovered the ideal time to fall asleep.

Every adult spends an average of 30% of their life sleeping. This is no wonder, as rest is one of the foundations of human health. If you often pull nights and then sleep until late in the afternoon, you significantly worsen the condition of your body. What is the significance of a constant, circadian rhythm?

What time should you go to bed? Time is extremely important

Sleep is an extremely interesting phenomenon, which is why it has been studied and analyzed for decades. Researchers from all over the world have been trying to determine how to set a rhythm that is healthy for humans for ages. It turns out that not only sleep deprivation has a negative impact on our lives. Too much of it also disrupts the body’s functioning and contributes to the deterioration of the condition.

In the “European Society of Cardiology” we can find the results of six years of research by scientists who discovered the ideal time to go to bed. The experiment was conducted on a control group of 80,000 volunteers. The researchers concluded that nocturnal people were 25 percent more likely to suffer cardiovascular-related complications. The chances increased by 12 percent for those who went to bed before 10 p.m. It was therefore concluded that the “golden hour” for surrendering to the arms of Morpheus lasts from 10 to 11 p.m..

What Happens When You Sleep Too Much? The Side Effects May Surprise You

Determining your circadian rhythm is extremely important for your health. It is worth sticking to a routine time for waking up and going to sleep even on days off from work. Usually, on weekends, we allow ourselves to lie in bed longer, but this is not good for the body. We usually know what too short a night’s rest means. We tend to be irritated during the day, our productivity at work decreases, and in extreme cases, we fall asleep “standing up.”

Few people realize, however, that too much sleep also has an impact on the human condition. People who spend too much time in bed are at risk of developing depression or cardiovascular problems.. However, it sometimes happens that increased sleepiness can be a symptom of more serious diseases, such as asthma, diabetes or thyroid problems. Therefore, if you constantly feel tired, get tested and consult your doctor.
