Gabriela Kownacka, or Dorota Lindner
The role of Dorota Lindner was played by Gabriela Kownacka. The actress gained a lot of sympathy from Poles a few years later thanks to the series “Rodzina zastêpcza”. In addition, she had many excellent theatre roles under her belt, including in the National Theatre. In 2010, the media spread the sad news of her death. The actress had been suffering from breast cancer. She died when she was 58 years old.
Anna Romantowska, or Wiktoria Zarychta
Anna Romantowska, who played the role of Wiktoria in the series, despite being one of the most popular actresses in our country, at some point withdrew from the film world. However, after years, she surprised viewers and appeared in the Netflix production “Family Games”. Currently, we can also watch her in “Gang Zielonej Glowiczki”.
Elżbieta Zającówna, or Hanka Trzebuchowska
The actress played in several popular productions, such as “Seksmisja”, “Vabank” and “Marzenia do dzieje”. She also played in the theatre and became a television presenter. She hosted the programme “Najzabawniejsze zwierząt świata” and “Sekrety Rodzinny”. However, she eventually withdrew from show business. As she confessed in an interview with “VIVA” magazine:
When I became seriously ill, I understood what was most important in life. My approach to my profession changed. I told myself that I would not die on stage.
Małgorzata Potocka, or Wanda Otrębowska
Małgorzata Potocka continues to find fulfillment in the world of film and theatre. She is an actress and director, and appears quite often in films and series. She has played in, among others, “Barwy szczęścia” and “Plebania”. It is worth mentioning that for several years she has been the general and artistic director of the Jan Kochanowski Powszechny Theatre in Radom.
