The woman shows online what life is really like for a family with four children in a cramped, unrenovated council house with only two bedrooms. With rising energy and maintenance costs, this is very difficult. Nicole admits that the place was badly neglected even before they moved in. However, she does not hide the fact that it is also difficult for them to keep order now, taking care of four children 24 hours a day, while her husband works.
She showed her apartment and was flooded with hate
When she showed the mess in her apartment without sugarcoating the frames, she was not only addressed with hateful words, but also threats to contact “social services”. The recording shows, among other things, piles of laundry scattered on the floor, as well as numerous bags and toys. In the bathroom, Internet users noticed dirt and stains, as well as a laundry basket turned upside down. In one of the bedrooms, dozens of toys were scattered next to a child’s bed. – This is the result of a sleepover with lots of children – she emphasized in the video.
– It’s really hard for us to stay on top of this mess – the TikToker openly admitted. She explained that she and her partner wanted to renovate their house to give their children more space. However, due to their low income, this is an insurmountable challenge for them.
My husband works full time, but with the cost of living crisis, there’s not enough money for much.
– Nicole explained.
“There is no excuse for this”
The difficult life situation caused the young mother to struggle with panic attacks and anxiety, among other things. However, the woman admits that despite the numerous difficulties, she is a responsible mother, and although there are occasional mishaps, she usually manages to deal with the mess. In one of her recordings, she emphasizes that it is impossible to be perfect in everything and that sometimes we do not keep up is completely normal:
Sometimes we have to prioritize other things. There really is no excuse for that.
“I could never sleep knowing my house is this mess,” wrote one TikTok user. “You don’t need financial help to keep your house clean,” another noted. Some have advised Nicole to get rid of some of her clothes. But many people understand her situation and what she has to deal with on a daily basis. “All the haters should imagine having four kids in one small space,” one person noted.
