“Forbidden Fruit” is being shelved. This Turkish series has more episodes and will soon hit TVP2

On Wednesday, July 17 at 5:15 p.m. TVP will broadcast the last episode of “Forbidden Fruit”. The Turkish production hit the screens in 2019, and three years later it reached Poland. The series about the fate of Yildiz and Ender won the hearts of viewers in our country, but the time has come to pass the baton to another Turkish production. “Love and Hope” is a new series that will premiere on TVP this week. The production hit the screens in 2022 and has already had more episodes than “Forbidden Fruit”.

“Love and Hope” on TVP2. When is the premiere?

According to the announcements, “Love and Hope” (“Ask ve umut”) will premiere on TVP2 on July 18 at 5:15 p.m. The series will be available from Monday to Friday at the same time. The production has a total of 285 episodes, which in the Polish version will most likely be divided into shorter episodes. It was similar in the case of “Forbidden Fruit”, which in the original had 177 episodes, while in Poland as many as 502 of them were broadcast.

What is the plot of “Love and Hope” about?

18-year-old Zeynep gets into her dream college in Istanbul. When she is happily preparing to leave, her mother is arrested. The woman asks for support from her ex-partner, who is a lawyer and Zeynep’s biological father. The man, who is not aware that the teenager is his daughter, takes her into his home so that she can live in Istanbul and start studying at her dream college. However, the girl feels alienated in her new environment and places all her hopes on finding true love.
