Maciejewski, but also of Małgorzata Oliwia Sobczak, because it was the first novel from her popular series that was adapted into a film. She immediately has to deal with a serious case – the disappearance of a 13-year-old girl. It quickly turns out that all the clues lead to Kartuzy, where another child unexpectedly disappears. The investigation uncovers a shocking secret that the residents of the picturesque town in Kashubia have been hiding for years.
There’s no denying that the book’s trailer sounds really intriguing. It’s no wonder that after the huge success of the first film adaptation, viewers are starting to demand more.
