There is a common belief that it is better to live on your own and pay off a loan than to rent and pay someone for a place to sleep. Is this really true? The current market situation proves that renting is not always bad.

According to information from the rynekpierwotny.pl portal, cash transactions on the domestic real estate market constitute about 60 percent. If someone is unable to collect enough money, they collect only for their own contribution and take out a mortgage loan. Experts compare it to a long-term contract. However, it has its advantages.

– We have a property that increases in value in the long term. The loan is repaid, and the property can also be rented, sold or left for descendants in the future – explained Michał Cieślar, owner of the company Cieślar Nieruchomości in Bydgoszcz, in an interview with the portal pomorska.pl. Contrary to appearances, renting also has its advantages. It is a good option for people who cannot imagine being tied down by a long-term loan.
