The record was broken at the Marciniak Auction House. A ten groszy coin was sold for PLN 33,000. All because a mistake was made and the mint mark was not minted. It is hard to see, but numismatists know where to look for it. There are not many such coins in Poland, hence the high price.

Also sought after are one-zloty coins from 1957 without a mint mark, a two-zloty coin from 1959 and 20 groszy from 1957.
