The only product that has not changed for years is the popular crispy biscuits. In another video, he shared a recipe for the secret sauce for the Big Mac. Former McDonald’s employee warns about one menu item

The product that arouses doubts, the former employee of the fast-food chain comes from the breakfast offer. It is a bagel with an omelette. The item, which can be found in foreign restaurants, has not been included in the breakfast offer in Poland. You may have the opportunity to try it during your vacation, e.g. in Spain. However, Mike’s opinion does not encourage this. Already in 2016, McDonald’s was criticized for not being able to make either bagels or omelettes, and the whole idea was called a huge failure.

Haracz himself admitted that it is definitely better to order an item with scrambled eggs or fried eggs. – The omelets used for breakfast sandwiches at McDonald’s are dry and tasteless – he explained. He also noticed that the quality of bagels has also deteriorated. He also noted that in terms of safety, there are no contraindications to eating this product, and his opinion is based only on personal preferences.

What is a former McDonald’s employee’s favorite order?

He also revealed what he likes the most. It turns out that the product that has never disappointed him is the classic cheeseburger. – You have to eat it within a few minutes of being served. After that, it loses its value – he emphasized. During his work at McDonald’s, Mike conducted sensory and quality tests of products and ingredients.

He also said that the quality of meals in a chain depends on the traffic. – As in any restaurant, the more traffic there is, the more difficult it is to maintain certain standards. The quality of food can also be affected by a lack of staff or unskilled workers, he added.
