Now it turns out that after more than 20 years, Betty, beloved by viewers, will return to action again.

The plot of the sequel will focus, of course, on Betty’s next adventures in life. After leaving Ecomoda, the heroine decided to focus mainly on her family. Her relationship with Armando hangs in the balance, and she tries unsuccessfully to get closer to her teenage daughter. As if that wasn’t enough, Roberto, her father-in-law and the owner of the company where she once worked, dies from one day to the next. During the reading of the will, it turns out that she is the heir to the fortune and is to take over the reins of Ecomoda. Her life turns upside down.
Betty decides to fulfill her father-in-law’s last will, but it is not that easy. On his way, he almost immediately meets old and not necessarily liked friends. The speech includes: about the mischievous and constantly gossiping Cuartel de las Feas, the vain Hugo Lambardi and the seductive Patricia “La Pelitenida” Fernández. Two years have passed since their last meeting and during this time each of them has undergone a smaller or larger change. Will they be able to find an agreement for the sake of Ecomoda?

The next adventures of “Ugly” are directed by the renowned director Mauricio Cruz. He joined forces with the executive producers: Juan Pablo Posada, Alexander Marín, Yalile Giordanelli.
